T2551 Credit Card Payment Processing

Payment Gateway Services and Acquiring Processor services required for the receipt of payments to the State via a variety of electronic means of payment, e.g., credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. The major objectives are as follows: To award a single Contract that will provide the State with the ability to receive payments from the public such as, but not limited to, taxes and registration fees, renewal fees, and any other fees owed to the State using credit card Managed Service Fee and Transaction Fee-based processing models; To increase revenue collections and expedite fund availability by enhancing customer payment and convenience options; and To leverage this methodology as a means for increasing customer satisfaction.
