Systems must be ruggedized, compatible with Panther EDR VRQ-327 and the SOTAS intercom, and include training, site survey/installation, field service representatives, and ongoing technical support. Responses (capability statements) are due to the contract specialist by Feb 11, 2026 and this notice is informational only (not an RFP or grant).
