Supply Schedule #1 Grounds Services (Request for Quote and Qualifications)

Provide grounds services. These services involve but are not limited to: mowing, vacant lot cutting, planting, seeding, flowering, fertilizing, raking, mulching, vegetation control, watering, pruning, weeding (including spray and pre- and post- emergent treatments, aerating; limb/bush/tree/ trimming, stump grinding and removal; landscaping (including organic; green and native landscaping); landscaping design (excludes architect/engineer services); railing, setting and aligning headstones; cleaning of headstones; garden maintenance; maintenance of existing fencing, fencing removal, railing, benches, flag poles, boulders, entry signs; monuments or statutes; hydro seeding services; indoor plant and shrub maintenance, including tropical plant maintenance and mum plants; maintenance of ornamental trees and shrubs; tree maintenance, tree removal near and not near utility lines, plant maintenance; seasonal ground maintenance (such as snow plowing and removal); maintenance of irrigation systems; drainage and water features; shrub bracing; sod laying; shrub trimming, greef roof maintenance; turf installation; turf and lawn restoration services; lawn plainting; natural re- vegetation, beautification for vacant lots and corridor lots, property maintenance clean-out and snow and ice plowing and removal. Athletic fields and playground equipment maintenance.
