SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ONE FRONT END LOADER

Description: The American Samoa Power Authority (ASPA) hereby solicits quotations for the SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ONE FRONT END LOADER (RFQ NO. ASPA27.013). Issuance Date: October 23, 2026. Closing Date/Time: November 9, 2026 at 2:00PM American Samoa Time. Materials purchased under this contract are federally funded. Scope of Purchase: The complete description of required deliverables is listed in the Bid Form and Equipment Specifications (including a 40 cubic yards body capacity front end loader garbage truck, specified chassis, engine, capacities, standard equipment features, warranty and spare parts/filters requirements). Offerors must submit required attachments and certifications (Attachment A - Quote Transmittal Form; Attachment B - Bid Form; Attachment C - Offeror's Qualification Sheet; Attachment D - Disclosure Statement; Attachment E - Non-Collusion Affidavit; Attachment F - Debarment Certification Form; Attachment G - Vehicle Specifications), current business and contractor's licenses, and other materials requested in the RFQ and any addenda. The RFQ includes detailed Terms and Conditions (cost proposal and submittals, submission requirements, award and payment terms, warranties, delivery and default remedies, insurance and compliance requirements, basis of award, and other procurement rules). Questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Office; all responses will be issued via addendum.
