Sumner Library Community Provider(s) (RFP)

Provides library services for the residents of unincorporated Pierce County, fifteen (15) annexed cities and town. The Library will select Partner(s) based on the qualifications and abilities of their organizations, including their alignment with the Library’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. Partner(s) will be expected, at a minimum, to: Provide free Services (e.g., resource navigation, social services, etc.) that align with the Library’s Strategic Plan while complementing the Library’s core programs and services; Work collaboratively in a shared environment with Library staff, other Partners, and any service providers the Library may use; Operate safely and in cooperation and compliance with Library staff, policies, and procedures; Report attendance or other metrics to the Library; and Provide an annual impact report to Library Administration and Foundation, which may include in-person or virtual presentations to the Board of Trustees and strategic partners.
