Substance Use Prevention Treatment Proposal (Request for Proposal)

Provide Substance Use Prevention Treatment (SUPT) Program service for Utah State inmates housed in the County Jail. Provide an on-site substance abuse prevention and treatment curriculum for state inmates in the County Jail.
