Financial Advisor (Request For Proposal)
The Financial Advisor Planner will provide management advice on fiscal matters and assist in the issuance of debt. The functions enumerated are not meant to be limited. It is expected the Financial Advisor Planner will provide advice as appropriate to ensure successful financing and as otherwise requested. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to: Reviewing existing debt structure and assisting in developing a debt financing plan; Developing a detailed financing timetable; Coordinating the financing team; Assisting in and/or reviewing of the preliminary and financial official statements; Presenting to bond rating agencies; Monitoring market and providing analysis regarding timing, comparable sales and structure of debt issues; Providing updated debt service schedules; Creating summary reports of debt issuances; Assisting in and/or reviewing and filing of 15C2-12 annual reports; and Providing ongoing advice to management regarding financial and budgetary matters.
