Student Nutrition Services - Software Solution Program (RFP 25585-RFP-DST)

Hillsborough County Public Schools seeks a cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid Student Nutrition Services software suite (POS and back‑of‑house) including Accounting, Menu Planning, Production Records, Online Payment Processing, Inventory, Ordering/Receiving, Free & Reduced applications, and Centralized Kitchen operations. Vendor must provide software plus implementation services and a designated on‑site Account Manager for ≥1 year, perform data conversion/migration, and meet data ownership/portability requirements (HCPS owns all data). Mandatory compliance/security: PCI DSS, FERPA/HIPAA/USDA, TLS 1.2+/AES‑256, SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001, RTO ≤24 hrs, SLA ≥99.5% uptime. Credit card transaction/merchant fees must be charged to payers and retained by vendor. Proposals must include completed Attachment A (software requirements spreadsheet) and the Price Sheet or will be deemed non‑responsive. Estimated annual budget: $500,000.
