FHI 360 is issuing this Request for Consultant Services Proposal to recruit ten (10) zonal polio surveillance consultants under the Strengthening Infectious Disease Detection Systems (STRIDES) Activity, funded by the U.S. Department of State. The selected consultants will provide technical support to assigned zones in Ethiopia for Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) and environmental surveillance, including active case search, supervising reporting sites, supporting outbreak investigations, and strengthening standard surveillance protocols. This is a consulting services contract (not a grant program) targeting individual consultants with field-based polio surveillance experience to support GPEI-aligned activities through approximately September 30, 2026.
