Street Department Building Renovations

Work generally consists of renovation of the existing post frame building. Work includes completing the renovation of an office area restrooms, development of a mechanics shop including a mechanics pit, the addition, reworking of, and replacing of sectional wood openings with steel and wood framing. Some interior renovation for an office/restroom out of wood stud partitions with gypsum wallboard and metal liner panels. Also included is replacement of existing mechanical heating systems, exhaust systems, renovation and reworking of underground sanitary and domestic water systems, electrical work to support renovation and replacement of lighting systems.
