The VA’s Evidence Synthesis Program is conducting market research for a cloud-based, AI-augmented systematic-review platform delivered as Software-as-a-Service for five VA ESP Centers. The RFI seeks technical approaches, a rough order-of-magnitude cost estimate, and, if applicable, reseller confirmation for DistillerSR or an equivalent solution. Responses should describe capabilities such as AI-assisted screening, full-text retrieval, audit trails, and role-based access, along with compliance with security, accessibility, and AI-ethics requirements.
