Space Power and Reactor Capabilities (SPARC) - Draft Request for Proposals (DRFP)

Description: The NASA Glenn Research Center is seeking responses to a draft request for proposals to develop nuclear systems for use in space and on the lunar surface, supporting technology maturation, testing, and flight design for the Lunar Reactor-1 program. The acquisition is expected to establish multiple indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts under which task orders will be competed. The work spans design, development, fabrication, testing, certification, delivery, sustaining operations, and associated program and contract-support activities.
