The anticipated five-year IDIQ contract covers systems engineering, prototype development, integration and testing, launch and mission-operations support, data analysis, and documentation. This active notice is a presolicitation for a contract—not a grant program—and proposals are not being requested at this stage.

Literature research, industry surveys, fact finding: The Contractor shall investigate/review available pertinent research documentation and publications on topics related to the programs being researched through sources such as trade publications and journals; military standards and specifications; industrial business and academic publications; and other pertinent documents and literature. The Contractor shall conduct industry surveys (verbal and/or written) and if required, visit the appropriate organizations, businesses, universities, national laboratories, government agencies, etc. to gather necessary information. The Contractor shall conduct fact-finding efforts. This may include the formation of committees made up of participants from pertinent organizations, businesses, universities, national laboratories, and government agencies. Electronic Security Systems RFP
The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, services and equipment to administer, maintain, repair, test, and install the Electronic Security Systems to include Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS) on NWS Crane CAAA as provided in the attached ICIDS-V schematics to be provided to the awardee. The Contractor shall provide the necessary manpower and material required to perform the maintenance, diagnosis and replacement of IDS & ACS components, make adjustments, and conduct testing during scheduled or non-scheduled work hours. The Contractor shall maintain the entire ESS in an operational state of repair, 24/7. The Contractor shall also have the responsibility of installing, repairing, and maintaining the equipment, which comprises the complete CAAA Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system to include the network devices, Servers, Clients, Cameras, Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), surge suppression, fiber optic and configuration of the access and distribution switches for both Security and Production related CCTV Systems.
