Description: The Florida Department of Children and Families is soliciting a single qualified respondent to provide full-service operation of the state-owned South Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center, a forensic mental-health facility in Florida City. The scope includes clinical and behavioral-health services, facility operations and maintenance, security, staffing, administration, and future-capacity expansion planning.
