The scope of work includes the demolition of an existing CMU storage room within the hangar space and the comprehensive build-out of the multi-functional floor plan to accommodate various open and private office configurations, conference and briefing rooms, training and planning areas, breakrooms, server rooms, and restrooms. Furthermore, the project requires structural and architectural planning for a future second floor, incorporating the necessary floor plate, mechanical room, restrooms, communication stub-ups, elevator, and stairwells.
