Davis Building Rehabilitation - SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE -
Provide davis building rehabilitation. The contractor will provide all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and administration as necessary for repairs, rehabilitation, and construction to the historic Davis Pump Well Building. Project will include but is not limited to the following: Repair or replace deteriorating clips holding the limestone fascia to the building. Design and implement a water mitigation plan to manage stormwater runoff from roof downspouts and prevent moisture intrusion in the basement. Replace all windows and doors. See attached file.
