Description: conducting market research to identify manufacturers interested in participating in the Manufacturing Pricing Agreement (MPA) Program. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice, nor will it compensate any respondent for costs incurred in developing the information provided. This notice does not constitute a commitment from the Government, and any information provided will be used for informational purposes only. Manufacturer participation in the MPA Program does not guarantee that the manufacturer products will be selected by any Military customer. The manufacturer should be able to socialize their products to military customers if they are currently not selling to the government. The DLA Troop Support Manufacturing Pricing Agreement (MPA) Program seeks to establish direct pricing agreements with manufacturers for products supplied to our global customers- through our Subsistence Prime Vendor partners. The MPA is a key component in ensuring fair and reasonable pricing for the U.S. Government. Participation in the program requires the monthly submission of pricing data in specified electronic formats that are integrated with Defense Logistic Agency’s (DLA) system of record.
