Manufacturer participation in the MPA Program does not guarantee that the manufacturer products will be selected by any Military customer. The DLA Troop Support Manufacturing Pricing Agreement (MPA) Program seeks to establish direct pricing agreements with manufacturers for products supplied to our global customers- through our Subsistence Prime Vendor partners. The MPA is a key component in ensuring fair and reasonable pricing for the U.S. Government. Participation in the program requires the monthly submission of pricing data in specified electronic formats that are integrated with Defense Logistic Agency’s (DLA) system of record.
