Source Sought Notice - PEFO 267538 Rehabilitate Painted Desert Community Complex

Project work consists of structural stabilization of buildings, exterior rehabilitation of building envelopes, concrete masonry unit (CMU) repair and replacement, interior rehabilitation of spaces and finishes including installation of a new elevator, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems replacement and upgrade, and exterior site improvements including stormwater drainage and sanitary drainage upgrades, concrete flatwork replacement, and new vegetation.
