SOFTWARE AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES FOR AN EPROCUREMENT AND CONTRACT LIFECYCLE

Description: Washtenaw County seeks software and consulting services to implement an integrated eProcurement and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to replace fragmented procurement tools. The solution is intended to support requisitions, sourcing, proposal submission and evaluation, contract administration, vendor management, approvals, reporting, renewals and closeout. Proposers should demonstrate relevant experience implementing eProcurement or CLM solutions integrated with Tyler Technologies Munis, and performance is anticipated from May 2027 through March 2028.
