Summary
Social Monitor will provide research and programmatic support services for the College of Information and Communications' UNESCO-related initiatives. Services include: Conducting advanced social media research and analysis. Producing analytical reports related to misinformation, disinformation, artificial intelligence, and public discourse. Supporting survey research projects. Collaborating with the College's Social Media Insights Lab on ongoing research activities. Developing, maintaining, and updating the AI Tracker website as a public-facing research and information platform. Researching, writing, and distributing quarterly AI Tracker newsletters. Supporting outreach, public engagement, and dissemination of research findings to stakeholders and partner organizations.
