Small Works Roster - Battle Ground Public Schools RFP

Description: Battle Ground Public Schools is inviting qualified general and specialty contractors to be added to its Small Works Roster for the 2026-2027 school year, per Washington RCW 28A.335.190. The roster is used to award public works projects estimated to cost less than $350,000 without separate competitive bidding. Interested contractors must be registered in Washington State, carry liability insurance (and performance bonds if required), comply with prevailing-wage requirements, and meet the responsible-bidder criteria under RCW 39.04.350; applications are accepted throughout the school year by contacting Facilities and Operations Specialist Darcie Edwards.
