SINGLE ENGINE AIR TANKERS FOR FIRE SUPPRESSION

The State of Wyoming, Office of State Lands and Investments, Forestry Division is soliciting proposals to provide two Exclusive Use Single Engine Air Tankers (SEATs), pilots, and support crew for 90 concurrent days to support wildland fire suppression. The contract requires aircraft that meet state and federal firefighting standards with a minimum payload capacity of 500 US gallons, proof of property damage liability insurance, and submission of technical and cost proposals including risk management and emergency plans. The contract term is 90 days with options to extend for up to six years and evaluation will consider firm qualifications, fire suppression experience, aircraft/pilot capabilities, and price.
