The contractor shall conduct engineering analysis for Government provided DMSMS and Obsolete hardware/components resulting in recommended replacement(s) for Government review and approval. After Government approval of recommended hardware/component solutions, the contractor shall procure required test units, conduct Form and Fit testing, create and submit an ECP to the Government for review and implementation, and update the applicable Technical Data Package(s) (TDPs). The contractor shall maintain Configuration Management (CM) of all SSDS TDPs. The contractor shall provide a warehousing facility to store SSDS hardware until delivery is requested by the Government. The contractor shall also maintain an accurate inventory list of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in their possession and provide that information in accordance with CDRL A0002. The contractor shall provide and maintain warehouse space of no less than 30,000 square feet of secure, enclosed, climate-controlled storage facility. The facility shall be used to receive, store, stage and ship Government owned and commercial property in support of the contract. Warehouse facility shall be suitable for forklift operation of palletized of equipment. The contractor shall maintain forklift, pallet jacks, dock levelers, and related equipment necessary for safe and efficient operations. All equipment shall be subject to periodic government inspection. The contractor shall provide inventory records made available to the COR upon request. See attached file.
