SGC PA Lab

The scope of the project is to renovate rooms 224 and 225 into a Physician's Assistant laboratory and classroom. The work shall include construction of a distance learning (DL) booth, four (4) patient bedrooms, two open classroom instruction spaces, architectural finishes refresh, and all supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements, and all fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system modifications to accommodate the new construction, as indicated on the plans. There is also one additive bid alternate to construct partition walls at the four (4) patient bedrooms in lieu of curtains.
