Bressi sewer manhole rehabilitation includes rehabilitate 25 sewer manholes with epoxy-mortar lining inclusive of removing existing t-lock lining systems; interior surface preparation, smoothing, and cleaning; replacement of concrete benches and channels; removing, installing manhole concrete collars, frames and covers with adjustment to final grade; groundwater infiltration proofing by injection grouting; and all incidental work including, but not limited to, sewer by-pass systems and methods; and traffic control. Schedule also includes groundwater infiltration proofing by injection grouting at the poinsettia lift station flow meter vault.
