Description: Ville de Québec seeks professional engineering services to rehabilitate underground infrastructure around the U372 (Blaireaux) pseudo-sanitary pumping station in Charlesbourg. Services include data collection and analysis, stormwater and pseudo-sanitary hydraulic modeling, preliminary studies, detailed engineering, final plans and specifications, cost estimates, full-time on-site construction supervision, and site restoration. The project covers approximately 900 metres, primarily along avenue des Picas and rue des Lynx from boulevard Henri-Bourassa to the pumping station, crossing wooded land and the rivière du Berger.
