2027 SERSG DPW Services RFP
The work consists of providing public works services and maintenance for participating municipalities during the one-year period from March 1, 2027, to February 29, 2028. Services contracted under this solicitation include cold in-place recycling, permanent trench patch repairs, chip sealing, rubber chip sealing, micro paving, cape sealing, bonded wearing course, crack sealing, polymer-modified crack sealing/hot asphaltic filler, traffic line painting (chlorinated rubber, thermoplastic, or epoxy), guard rail installation, structure work, sub-drain installation, catch basin cleaning (with and without sump measurement), tub grinding, loam/compost/gravel screening, excavator and grad-all services, snow and materials hauling and disposal, flat roof snow shoveling, on-call tree removal/trimming, hydro-excavation, and penetrating/fog seal applications.
