Mechanical systems for the entire building are to be replaced to provide new heating, cooling, and ventilation. Plumbing systems for new lavatories and utility sinks, hose bibs, and new sewer pumps. Electrical systems, including all new wiring throughout for power distribution, lighting, and mechanical equipment, exterior lighting, electrical connections to new sewer pumps.
