Senior Center DESIGN/BUILD Services - (RFP)

DESIGN/BUILD - design and construction of a new approx. 23,500 SF Senior Center facility. Building with Vestibule, office reception area, directors office, conference room, managers office, finance directors office, work room, admin area, staff break area, auditorium, gift shop, billiards room, kitchen, Meals on Wheels package room, Meals on Wheels storage room, custodian, storage rooms, lounge/social space, exercise rooms, class/activity rooms, game room, arts & crafts room, chapel, health/wellness room, restrooms, mechanical/electrical rooms. This project will also consist of a parking lot with 85 regular spaces, 6 handicap spaces and 2 loading spaces. The Senior Facility will most likely be a pre-engineered building with the exterior consisting of materials approved under Kentucky Building Standards.
