Description: NINDS seeks an executive-level Senior Advisor 2 with drug-discovery and development expertise, including pharmacology and pain expertise, to support the NIH HEAL Initiative’s Pain Therapeutics Development Program. The advisor will provide feedback to NIH program leadership, technical guidance on projects in the NINDS HEAL portfolio, and strategic guidance as a member of the HEAL External Oversight Committee. This competitive small-business set-aside RFQ anticipates a fixed-price purchase order with a one-year base period and two option years.
