The contract term is 36 months with two 12-month renewal options and covers routine and specialized compliance tasks including weekly and monthly reports, surface emissions monitoring, annual flare testing, greenhouse gas reporting, and on-call landfill gas consulting. Proposals are due February 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST; the RFQ was posted January 13, 2026.
