The notice requests written questions and electronic responses (in searchable Word/Excel/PDF) by 16 January 2026 to designated Army POCs, and states the government intends to release a Request for Prototype Proposal in Q2 FY2026 and award a single contract to one vendor. The Industry Day is scheduled on or around 21 January 2026 and topics include Intellectual Property, CONUS onshoring, and prototype delivery for Safety Release testing.
