Security Guard Building for the Staples Street Center

Project consists of construction of a new prefabricated security guard and include construction of a new prefabricated security guard building (on a new structural foundation and elevated with steel framing), in an existing landscaped area of the existing staff parking lot, including but not limited to: removal and replanting of an existing tree, removal of existing soils at depth required for new construction, landscaping, irrigation, structural architectural, electrical, civil/structural and bollards to enhance the security guard building.
