Qualifications from licensed electrical contractors to provide professional electrical repair and service work on city-owned facilities. Complete electrical repair and service work on an as needed and emergency basis. Professional services shall include to establishing hourly rates for technical service; establishing rates for materials and supplies; and providing emergency response service after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems and components, including but not
limited to service entrances, panels/switchboards, switchgear, transformers, feeders, branch circuits, raceways, receptacles, lighting (interior, exterior, and site), lighting controls, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, fire alarm interface as applicable, and standby/backup power systems (generators and ATS).
