Boiler Replacement - Columbus Park School / WPS

Work includes removal of three existing steam boilers - ao smith series 19-8 boilers and replacing them with three new burnham v9-08 steam boilers. The burnham v9-08 steam boiler is the closest match to the existing ao smith series 19-8 boiler, minimizing the need for boiler room redesign. Drain down the system to prepare for boiler removal. Disconnect all electrical, mechanical, gas, and control connections. Remove and dispose of the existing ao smith series 19-8 boilers. Install three new burnham v9-08 steam boilers on the existing landing pads. Make all necessary mechanical connections to the hot water supply. Reconnect electrical and gas connections.
