Request for Proposal for Garbage and Recycling Collection Services
Harris County Municipal Utility District 368 requests proposals for garbage and recycling collection services for multiple subdivisions for a five-year term. The contract requires manually operated rear-loading truck collection (automated or semi-automated methods will not be considered) and asks proposers to provide separate itemized pricing for garbage and recycling, with optional pricing for shredding/e‑waste and an annual curbside household hazardous waste event. Proposals (seven hard copies and one electronic copy to mcroon@johnsonpetrov.com) are due by 12:00 p.m. on August 6, 2026, and timely submissions will be considered at the Board meeting on August 20, 2026.
