SCDOT Strategic Plan (Request for Proposal)
Seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Agency Strategic Plan. Conduct a project kickoff meeting with Department leadership and key staff to confirm goals, roles, communication protocols, schedule, and success criteria. Prepare a detailed Project Management Plan (PMP) including work breakdown structure, schedule with milestones, risk register, stakeholder engagement approach, and quality assurance procedures. Establish regular progress reporting (bi-weekly status reports and monthly progress meetings) and maintain a shared project repository. Manage all subconsultants (if any) and ensure compliance with Department administrative and contractual requirements.
