Sand Mountain Park Miracle Field Improvements RFP

Description: This project improves the facilities and infrastructure of the existing Miracle Field campus as well as expands the existing multipurpose field concessions with a restroom addition. Work at the Miracle Field includes the demolition of the existing basketball fields as well as the construction of an additional field, dugouts, bleacher shade structures, a concessions and restrooms building, an office and storage building, a pavilion, plaza space, a parking lot expansion as well as general site improvements. Work at the multipurpose fields includes a partial demolition to the concessions building façade as well as a restroom addition and general site improvements.
