The Town of Corte Madera seeks consulting civil engineering services to design two certified full trash capture devices on San Clemente Drive (treating ~154 acres). Scope includes preliminary engineering, topographic survey, geotechnical borings, CCTV/pipe cleaning, hydraulic modeling (MIKE+) and flood-impact analyses for multiple storm events and obstruction scenarios, preparation of PS&E to 60/90/100% (AutoCAD Civil 3D and 24x36 PDFs), O&M plans, and Caltrans coordination. Project is federally funded by an EPA WQIF grant requiring compliance with federal grant terms (including a 1% DBE goal and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage); optional bid/construction support may be requested.
