The state of the current floor is a combination of gravel and broken old asphalt, request is being made for the current floor to be removed and replaced with concrete. Work includes removal of old flooring materials; site preparation and grading for new flooring; forming and reinforcement (rebar) as needed; pouring and finishing of concrete; surface finish as requested (smooth); any necessary control joints or relief cuts; cleanup and disposal of any waste. 2,080 sqft existing floor replacement (4" 3,000-4,000psi); 1,440 sqft full addition (4" 3,000-4,0000psi); 1,080 sqft partial addition (4" 3,000-4,000psi).
