Description: The contractor must purchase, collect, transport, and destroy approximately 22.5 tons (45,000 lbs across 28 bales) of Sorted Residential & News paper. Because the materials contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII), they must be treated as a secure load and rendered completely unrecognizable and beyond reconstruction (via shredding, deinking, etc.), after which the contractor must issue a certificate of destruction upon completion of the sale.
