It does not apply to stand-alone software solutions or other procurements. Solutions must be listed and certified in the relevant official SaaS marketplace. This notice is for information only and does not solicit proposals, bids, unsolicited submissions or marketing materials. Future requirements may be conducted through formal competitive procurements in accordance with applicable public sector procurement requirements and WSIB policies. Eligible vendors with solutions in the applicable official SaaS marketplace may be invited to participate, including through pre-qualification questionnaires and requests for proposals. Negotiation or Electronic Auction Not applicable to this information notice. Any negotiation or electronic auction provisions will be identified in the applicable future procurement documents.
