The offeror shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following tasks: Site Preparation: Conduct a final walkthrough of the Laundry Department to assess current floor conditions. All work shall be completed within thirty days (30) days after award. Move or protect any equipment, fixtures, or furniture as needed. Ensure proper ventilation and dust control measures are in place. Offeror shall provide the necessary barricades/signage where required. Offeror shall provide all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) gear. See attached file.
