Work includes add or improve cabins, cottages and other lodging facilities at any state park within the state park system. The objectives in soliciting information are to promote the state parks mission, achieve proper balance of preservation and utilization of state parks properties while becoming more financially self-sustaining, and better serve the needs of citizens and of visitors to state through collaboration utilizing public private partnerships.

City of Plattsmouth

Clearing, grubbing, and removals of project site in preparation of constructing 8 recreational vehicle (RV) pad sites with aggregate surfacing, 1 ADA RV pad site with concrete surfacing, aggregate surfacing access road, water service and hydrant, RV dump station with gravity sanitary sewer connection, electrical service with individual RV pad site panels, security lighting, landscaping, and seeding as indicated on the drawings and technical specifications, and all associated incidentals required for a complete RV Park.

City of Lebanon

The City of Lebanon (NH) seeks a contractor for finish carpentry to complete interior and exterior finishing for five modular cottages at 22 Barrows Street. Work will commence upon council approval and bids are due by December 8, 2025.
