Roof Project - the Dalles Campus

Roofing renewal of Buildings 1, 2, and 4 includes: Remove existing low-slope roof assembly down to the structural deck; install an adhered roof assembly with air barrier, vapor, retarder, code-compliant tapered insulation, rigid coverboard, and modified bitumen membrane roof; manage water internally with new drains integrated into existing plumbing; apply cold fluid liquid flashings at critical transitions, details, and penetrations; construct framed parapets; add overflow drains, including discharge penetrations at the exterior walls and overflow rainwater leaders in the interstitial ceiling space at the upper floor; waterproof exposed concrete and integrate into lower roof; install new skylight at the low roof zone.
