Roof Membrane Replacement and Waterproofing - (Request for Quotation)

Description: Seeking to purchase roof membrane replacement and waterproofing - 700 SF existing roof. Prepare the 700 square foot surface area existing roof and install a new 60 mil fully adhered watertight flexible membrane including ½" ISO board insulation underlayment and a full perimeter watertight 32 mil aluminum flashing. Provide a five-year warranty against any defects related to the workmanship of the installation of this roofing material. Provide a minimum 15-year manufacturers’ warranty on any defects related to the material composition.
