The Supermini200 has been designed with optimal performance using an air-cooled 200W end window x-ray tube with a Pd target. The 200W x-ray tube results in super sensitivity while remaining a benchtop XRF 1 instrument. The tube is positioned below the sample allowing the analysis of solid, liquid, and loose powders (liquid and loose powder samples require helium purge option). No cooling water required. •50kV, 4.0mA = 200W Power
