RFQ #WDARC-0037 - Physical and Digital Gift Cards

Description: County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of its Housing and Workforce Solutions, Workforce Development Division, seeks a vendor to provide physical and digital prepaid gift cards as support services for eligible workforce-development customers. The cards may be used for transportation, clothing, food, and other employment-related needs, with an anticipated spend of about $100,000 per fiscal year under a one-year contract beginning January 1, 2027, and up to four one-year renewals. The County will evaluate pricing, compliance with specifications, delivery terms, and service support, and requires all-inclusive pricing plus applicable insurance and licensing.
