The project includes finishing out the interior of an existing wood post framed metal building into a gang of men / women / and family use toilet rooms on the site of the amphitheater. This project also consist of the renovation of the existing gang restrooms located inside the amphitheater turning those spaces into 2 – dressing room spaces and a general office space. The alternate bid will consist of demolition of the existing casework and interior finishes and installing new casework, walls, paint, flooring, suspended acoustical ceiling system.
