RFQ NO. 2027-06 ON-CALL MULTI-DISCIPLINARY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the City of Harlingen, Texas is requesting Statements of Qualifications for the following: RFQ NO. 2027-06 ON-CALL MULTI-DISCIPLINARY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Harlingen is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms interested in being considered for professional services on an as-needed basis. The City anticipates selecting qualified firms within one or more of the following professional services categories: Drainage, Transportation, Structural, Geotechnical \& Construction Materials Testing, Environmental, Architectural, Landscape, Real Estate Appraisal, Right-of-Way Acquisition, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. Respondents may submit qualifications for one or more professional services categories for which the firm and proposed project team meet the applicable licensing, experience, and qualification requirements. Interested submitters must register to request an RFQ packet with the Purchasing Office at purchasing@harlingentx.gov. The deadline for submission is 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 8th, 2026, in the Purchasing Office located at 404 S. 54th Street, Harlingen, TX 78550. Selected firm(s) may be requested to provide services for City capital improvement projects, planning projects, infrastructure improvements, facility projects, grant-funded projects, regulatory coordination, technical studies, design, construction-phase support, and other professional services as described within the RFQ.
